Summer is here and parents are on a mission for fun things to do and to make their kid’s summer break active, organized and easy. With the kids out of school, it’s important to stay organized. For the little ones, grab a sunscreen stick to make it easy to put sunscreen on their face. Spray sunscreen is great for kids and easy to get on. The American Academy of Dermatology suggests a minimum of SPF 30 to protect from sunburn and urges people to make sure their sunscreen is water resistant. Keep multiple options in your beach bag this summer with different SPF.

Sunglasses

From a fashion standpoint, sunglasses are a cute accessory to add to an outfit. But, this summer essential does more than compliment your face. Sunglasses protect your eyes from the sun’s UV rays, which can cause cataracts, degeneration and more eye problems, according to the National Eye Institute. Make sure you have a pair for you and your little ones ready to go in your beach bag this summer.
