Failure to follow any of the regulations, conditions, and instructions set forth below may result in serious injury to yourself or other individuals. Individuals not following Park rules and safety instructions will be subject to immediate ejection from the Park without refund.

Park Safety Standards

Please understand that people may be excluded or removed from certain rides, attractions, areas of the park, and/or certain activities, in the interests of safety as determined by Park personnel. This may include, but is not limited to, concerns with sight-disabled people who need adequate eyesight to safely engage in an activity, height and weight restrictions, mobility and/or use and the existence of all limbs in a stable and coordinated manner, a clear and alert mind which is unaffected by mental disability or other hindrance, being under the influence of any substances (whether legal or illegal, drugs or medications, alcohol, or any other chemicals and substances), signs of heat illness, any loose headwear or clothing or apparel which may damage property or pose a hazard to a guest or others, and whether or not a person may appear to be ill or injured or otherwise unable to safely participate.

Safety Guidelines

Pay Attention. Please watch where you are going. Amusement parks are crowded places with many distractions, elevations in surfaces, landscaping, tree roots, rocks, man-made structures, patron possessions left lying around the park or in pathways, etc; this is the open, obvious and inherent nature of an amusement or water park environment.

Slippery Surfaces. Surfaces may be slippery or wet—especially in bathrooms, around water attractions, and food areas. No running.

Dress for Safety. No loose/oversized clothing or unsecured accessories that may pose hazards on rides or attractions.

Parking. Parking lots are hazardous places requiring attention and caution at all times.

Electronic Devices. Phones, cameras, and other devices are prohibited on rides and water attractions.

Safety First. Observe rides before participating. Participation assumes inherent risks.

READ AND ABIDE BY ALL SAFETY SIGNAGE, ATTENDANT INSTRUCTIONS, AND RECORDED WARNINGS.

DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY RIDE, ACTIVITY, OR ATTRACTION IF UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, DRUGS, OR OTHER SUBSTANCES.

DO NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU HAVE CONDITIONS OR INJURIES THAT MAY IMPACT SAFE PARTICIPATION.

Guests with Disabilities

Guests with disabilities or special needs are encouraged to contact the Park before visiting to help prepare accommodations where possible.

Certain attractions may not be safely accessible for all guests due to safety requirements and ride restraints.

Please note that the Park does not provide medication, insulin, or other medical treatments beyond basic first aid.

Weather

Weather conditions can create health and safety risks. Guests should make informed decisions regarding heat, rain, mobility concerns, and other conditions.

Children – Notice to Parents & Guardians

Children under 13 may not be at the Park without adult supervision.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the behavior and supervision of minors at all times.

Rules of Guest Behavior

Guests must behave courteously and safely at all times. Violations may result in ejection without refund.

• Line cutting or line saving is prohibited.
• Smoking of any substance is prohibited except designated areas.
• Marijuana is prohibited regardless of medical status.
• Offensive conduct including profanity, harassment, or aggressive behavior is prohibited.
• Fighting or threatening behavior is prohibited.
• Horseplay and unruly behavior are prohibited.
• Property damage or theft will result in removal and possible legal action.

Photography – Personal & Commercial

Guests may take personal photos, but cameras and phones are prohibited on rides.

Photography in bathrooms, changing rooms, or locker areas is strictly prohibited.

The Park reserves the right to record and use images and video captured on Park property.

Commercial photography requires written permission.

Food & Beverage

Outside food is prohibited except medically necessary items.

Operational Policies

Prices and operating schedules are subject to change without notice.

Attractions may close temporarily due to maintenance, safety concerns, or weather.

Season Pass holders must present valid passes and follow re-entry procedures.
