CODE OF CONDUCT & PARK POLICIES

WE ARE A FAMILY FRIENDLY FACILITY

By entering Daytona Lagoon, you are agreeing to always abide by our Code of Conduct. Guests not following our Code of Conduct may be ejected from the property with NO REFUNDS and may be asked not to return.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The following behaviors will not be tolerated:

  • Any use of/or clothing with profanity, racial/ethnic slurs, or offensive language.

  • Fighting or physical aggression of any kind, including verbal and physical assault.

  • Harassing/threatening behavior, sexual misconduct or lewd behavior including inappropriate interaction with park guests or employees.

  • Wearing Inappropriate clothing, inappropriate clothing will be determined by management.

  • Wearing inappropriate bathing suits or see through clothing.  Proper swim attire must be worn in the waterpark at all times.

  • Public Intoxication or use/under the influence of illegal drugs.  This includes Marijuana or any other illegal narcotics.

  • Any disruptive behavior deemed to not be in the best interest of the park or guests as determined by Daytona Lagoon Management.

  • Unsolicited photography or video recording that disrupts the operation of the park or its guests experience.

  • Smoking, including vaping, outside the designated smoking areas.

  • Running, Jumping or Horseplay in any area of the park.

  • Property damage and theft of any kind.

PARK POLICIES

  • Always follow the directions of the Daytona Lagoon staff.

  • All children must be always accompanied by a responsible adult.  No drop offs allowed.

  • The following are not permitted inside Daytona Lagoon: outside food or beverages, coolers (small coolers with sealed water is permitted), unlawful weapons, rafts, and any kind of glass containers.

  • All bags, strollers and other personal items are subject to inspection.

  • Do not leave valuables unattended/unsecured.  Lockers are available for rental in the waterpark during waterpark hours.  Daytona Lagoon is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen property.

  • Season Pass holders must check in and present their passes at guest services and receive a wristband for the day to enter the Waterpark or use any of the attractions.  Season Passes are nontransferable and must be assigned to an individual and have a photo on file of that individual.

  • There will be no solicitation, distribution of pamphlets, advertising or promotional material or sales of product or services on Park property without approval from Daytona Lagoon. 

  • Guests shall report all injuries before leaving the Park today.  For safety reasons, certain rider restrictions apply to different attractions.  Please read and comprehend all safety information on each attraction safety guide posted at the attraction before participating.

  • No Alcoholic Beverages will be sold to anyone under the age of 21.  Proof of age required.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Daytona Lagoon is a PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK FACILITY. Read the rules and instructions posted at the attractions before participating.
