  • When you purchase a Water Park Single Day Ticket online or at the park and the waterpark closes for more than 2 hours due to severe weather, you will get a return visit for free.

    Just keep your receipt. Bring it to the Season Pass Desk so we can verify that you made the purchase on the day of the closing and you’ll be given access to the park at no charge.

    If you purchase an All-Day All-Inclusive Ticket you will be able to enter the waterpark only on another day in the event of a closure of the waterpark for more than 2 hours due to severe weather.

  • We do not currently offer family season passes. Please visit our Season Pass page for details on passes offered.

  • A Regular pass or ticket is for anyone over 48 inches tall. A Junior pass or ticket is for anyone under 48 inches tall. Any guest under 32” tall is free. A Senior ticket is for anyone over 65 years old.

  • Daytona Lagoon parking is next door in the Volusia County Parking Garage. Volusia County normally charges $8.00 a day, but if you visit Daytona Lagoon we can validate your parking stub at Admission, and you will only be charged $4.00 for parking.

    On special occasions, Volusia County may increase parking and not allow validation. For additional questions on parking please contact the parking garage at (386)238-3110.

  • Daytona Lagoon accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may purchase admission tickets online or at the park. In the main building there is an ATM located in the lobby for our customers’ convenience.

  • We do not allow outside food or drinks inside the park. We do offer a variety of food to choose from, including a couple of vegetarian options. Our menu includes famous pizza, cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, chicken quesadillas, subs and wraps, salads, and kid-friendly options to name a few. There is a full bar, Goonie Cove, in the water park for those over 21 years of age that serves a limited menu as well. Ice cream, Mini Melts, and cookies are available throughout. For those wishing to bring food and drinks, Daytona Lagoon does not provide outside picnic areas.

  • The fun park side of Daytona Lagoon is free to enter, and you can choose to pay as you go or buy a wristband for the attractions. The Waterpark does have an admissions fee and all guests will need to purchase a wristband to get in. We do allow guests to buy a spectator pass if they are fully clothed and are not wearing a bathing suit, guests with spectator bands will not be allowed to enter the water at all.   • Discounts are sometimes available at local businesses and hotels. Please join us on Facebook and sign up for our newsletter to get upcoming information and specials.

  • If you forgot something at home you can check in our Merchandise shop for things such as sunscreen, sunglasses, swim diapers, and towels just to name a few items.

  • Yes, the requirements can be found on our Waterpark and Fun Park pages and they are also on signs at the entrance of each ride.

  • Free life jackets are available in the park in front of the wave pool. Life jacket rules will be strictly enforced for all guests. Guest under 42in tall must wear a life vest and be supervised by an adult.

  • Castaway Bay is perfect for our younger guests. The dumping bucket and small slides are designed for our small guests. Toddlers can also go into the Pelican Drift and Treasure Lagoon when wearing a lifejacket and accompanied by a responsible person.

  • We have a designated smoking area inside the park for tobacco and vaping.

  • Groups should have a designated spot to meet if someone gets lost or if the group gets separated. Lost children will be escorted through the park by an employee or manager until they are reunited with family. Daytona Lagoon does not page guests. If you have a lost child, contact any Daytona Lagoon team member for assistance.

  • Our lifeguards are trained and certified by Ellis & Associates each year. We train and license more than 100 lifeguards each season. They are here for everyone’s safety and service. But remember a lifeguard is not a replacement for adult supervision. Remember to always supervise your children.

  • The First Aid Station is in our waterpark to the right of the Wave Pool. The location is noted by the big red door and sign. Please note we only administer basic first aid, EMT’s and Paramedics will be called for all other emergencies.

  • Daytona Lagoon has a shaded lounge deck area off our Castaway Bay activity center. We also rent umbrellas, on a first come first serve basis, to give shade located throughout the water park. The water park also offers private cabana rentals. Our arcade is always shaded and cool.

  • Eyeglasses are allowed on each attraction. However, they must be secured with a strap. Daytona Lagoon is not responsible for lost and damaged items.

  • There are restrooms, showers, and changing facilities located in our waterpark. We do also have two bathrooms in our Fun Park with baby changing stations.

  • We do not allow coolers into the park, but guests can leave the park and come back in the same day by leaving their waterpark wristbands on.

  • Daytona Lagoon has several banks of lockers for guest to store their valuables. There are three sizes of lockers, and the lockers take cash or a credit card. Daytona Lagoon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If you have a disability, please call us at (386)254-5020 and we can discuss with you our accommodations to help you make the most of your day at the park.

  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible person.

  • You can make your request by email to guestservice@daytonalagoon.com or come to the park at the main office.

  • We have several hotels in our area, but the Hilton or Wyndham Resort is just across the street.

  • You can only bring in a cake if you book a party package with Daytona Lagoon.

  • The minimum for a group is 15, and we have many different packages depending on the group type. Please email groups@DaytonaLagoon.com for inquiries.
