Daytona Lagoon Celebrates Frontline Workers!

There is no denying that the past couple of months have been rough for so many of us. Families and businesses alike have strived to move forward as our world continues to change. I think we can all agree, one constant we’ve been able to depend on during these times are Frontline Workers. First responders and workers have been working hard consistently to provide us with care, service and everyday necessities.  Here at Daytona Lagoon, we want to show them our appreciation with our new Frontline Worker Appreciation Program.

After the events we’ve all experienced, a day of relaxation feels essential. We pride ourselves on being able to provide guests with a safe place to relax and have fun with family and friends. With our new Frontline Worker Appreciation Program, essential frontline workers receive $8 off Waterpark General Admission for the rest of the season! This includes first responders and workers in the healthcare, pharmacy, grocery and restaurant industries.

Daytona Lagoon wants to give these every day heroes an opportunity to relax and have some fun. Whether they are looking to enjoy a laid back day in the sun or make a splash and feel the thrill, we have something for them to enjoy here at Daytona Lagoon.  To receive the discount, frontline workers will need to present the coupon that is available for download on our website along with an ID and pay stub. Our Frontline Worker Appreciation Program will be valid through Labor Day, September 7, 2020.

Our number one priority is the safety of our guests and employees. Our dedicated staff has made facility-wide improvements and we’ve added to our already stringent health and safety procedures and protocols. Those improvements include limiting attendance, providing temperature checks to guests and staff prior to entry into the park, reconfiguring sun-bathing lounge chairs and dining seating to allow for social distancing and more.

We remain dedicated to providing all of our guests with good, clean, family fun and we hope that through this program, Frontline Workers from the Daytona Beach area and beyond can plan a getaway this summer.
